Real betrayers of Black Revolution are not Uncle Toms. They are....

Many rebellions were thwarted because slaves told their masters about plots.

One such informer, Devany Prioleau, betrayed an 1816 slave rebellion in Camden county and in exchange for his "information" was given his freedom and an annual pension of $50.

The term "uncle tom" should be changed to Devany Prioleau.
